  I am a regular here at Red Robin. Marlu is the friendliest BARTENDER she is the reason why I come here almost every Sunday Gabe from the kitchen came out to say Hi.
  The food is excellent, my favorite is the Taco Tavern.
  
  I have been coming here for years and I can say I have never experienced a bad time. I enjoy my visit every tine. Thank you Marilu!

  My fiancé and I came in yesterday for lunch and we noticed right away that the service was lagging. The restaurant wasn't even half full and there were hardly any waitresses in sight. Our server was friendly, but whenever I saw her walking around the restaurant, she had a look on her face as if she didn't want to be there. My fiancé and I ordered two cheeseburgers with bottomless salads, and one appetizer. We must've waited about 20 minutes for our appetizer and then an additional 15 minutes for our food.
  
  When I was eating my salad, I noticed a very large piece of plastic in my bowl and I brought it to our server's attention. She informed her Manager and he came over to apologize to us. Not one time did they offer to comp our meal or at least comp my meal that had the plastic in it. I could've choked on it or broken a tooth on it, or punctured my gum. It was about the size of a quarter and very hard and thick. I was very disappointed with their lack of insight to fix the problem. I just got, "We're sorry." During our meal, we constantly had to ask for little things that should be on the table to begin with: salt and pepper, sugar, utensils, and it just seemed as if there was something missing each time we looked up. I previously worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. I know that between the hours of 2pm and 5pm, they clean up after the lunch rush and prep for dinner. I looked at the time and it was only 1pm. There was no excuse as to why those items should not be on the table. Side work was not being done by the servers and tables were not being cleaned off for other customers to come in. Managers should not only be aware of what's going on in the kitchen, but should know what's going in the front of the house as well. Servers should know everything there is to know about the tables in their section.
  
  I really enjoy going to Red Robin, but this was probably the worst experience I've ever had there and they will lose a couple of good customers until they step up their game.

  Mmm yummy forget taco Tuesday. How about yummy juicy burger. Royal that is.. Delicious!!

  Their food is good but their customer service and staff are what makes them one of my family's favorite places to eat. Their waiters are attentive and personable. They make good conversation and they're really helpful on what to choose. I've always had a good experience at this location.

  Horrible! I don't know where to start. Got in their the waiter was nice. Come to find out they ran out of ice. Appetizers came the pretzels were over done and a bit burnt. The wings were burnt and dry! The chicken was cold! The soups were beyond salty and tasted nasty! The kids pasta was spicy ???? The fish and chips weren't the best either. The restaurant was hot inside usually it's not.   Worst experience I have had.
